We are always seeking a highly motivated Texas Licensed/Certified Residential Real Estate Appraisers/ or Trainees to join our team and cover Harris, Brazoria, Galveston, Fort Bend, Montgomery counties. If you feel you meet these qualifications feel free to contact us.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting property, writing appraisals using FNMA forms and researching market trends to give value to property
  • Maintain consistent level of production
  • Maintain high quality of work
  • Maintain a level of 95% or better turn around times
  • Maintain valid license and any training necessary to be in good standing with TALCB
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication

    Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Texas State Residential Appraiser Certification/License or be willing to train for Certification/License
  • Basic Residential Real Estate knowledge a plus
  • Must perform on-going education to keep license up-to-date.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • PC and digital camera applications experience
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and reliable automobile
  • Must demonstrate initiative in problem solving
  • Familiarity with Greater Houston Area
  • FHA approved and experience with Polaroid ACI Rapid Report a plus
